Something Pretty, launched in December 2010, is a wedding inspiration blog for the classic and charming bride.
My name is Lisa, and I’m a New York City-born Virginia girl studying magazine journalism at the University of  Texas. I started writing Something Pretty to share all of my favorite finds in the always-beautiful wedding industry. I love love stories, beautiful details, and breathtaking photography, and I love celebrating all of the above here on my blog!

Some of my favorite pretty things are super high heels, anything French, J. Crew, daisies, nail polish, monograms, Amsale wedding gowns, gingham, city skylines, and Texan sunsets. A little bit of Tiffany & Co. never hurt anyone either. ;-)
