Spring has officially sprung, and already, it has brought so many new beginnings! You may have noticed a few changes around Something Pretty lately, but if not, take a look at my adorable new social media buttons (from Twenty Three Oh One) and the FOUR beautiful ads that I’m thrilled to be sharing. I just transferred over to self-hosting to have more creative freedom with this little blog, and welcoming advertisements of products and companies that I love is incredibly exciting to me! As January begins to wrap up, I think the year is off to a pretty amazing start. Everywhere that I look for inspiration, it seems like vendors, photographers, and brides alike are stepping up their game to create the most beautiful, personal, and unique weddings. I feel lucky that someday I’ll get to be a bride in a day and age where no detail is too small, no tradition is too set in stone, and no one can tell me exactly what my wedding day should look like. From the prettiest of Cape Cod lighthouses, to the glaciers of Iceland, brides in 2012 can truly make their day their own.
