I’ve been home from school for a week now and it has already been so rejuvenating. My mom put up our Christmas decorations this week, we’re getting our tree today, and my sister will be home from Pittsburgh tomorrow, so it feels more and more like the holidays every day. A few more things I’m planning to do before Christmas are going to the Houston Ballet performance of The Nutcracker with my mom, baking madeleines (anyone have a favorite recipe?), and watching A Christmas Story. Anyone else have fun plans to get into the holiday spirit?
{Did you know that yesterday was St. Lucia day in Sweden? This absolutely gorgeous, detailed shoot had me reminiscing about my little sister’s Kirsten doll :) By Brittany Dow Photography/Stacey Bishop Photography via Green Wedding Shoes}
{I feel like I should add a section to my About page that says every time Ryan Ray’s work is posted, it will end up on a Love List. His portraits are way too beautiful not to re-feature! By Ryan Ray via Once Wed}
{My lovely friend Lena shared a Provence-inspired wedding this week, and I was smitten with the emerald gems, elegant fashion, and perfectly understated rustic details. I would not mind a pair of these gorgeous earrings to wear during Pantone’s emerald year! By A Brit & A Blonde via A Crimson Kiss}

Have a merry weekend :)
